SHIPPING LOCATIONS & TERMS

We are only able to fulfil orders to be delivered within the US nationwide.

Currently we are offering free economy shipping to all US based customers and addresses with a processing timeline of 5-8 business days.

Should you like to pay for rushed shipping, please reach out to mysticmarigoldco@gmail.com to understand the costs and the updated timelines that would apply to your order.

SHIPPING TYPES

Our products are delivered by Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., UPS, USPS, Fedex) to your delivery address.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

• Customer responsibility
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout 
  • Mystic Marigold Co. is not liable for any delays, non-delivery, or loss of packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
    
  • If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the package
  • Any orders will only be re-fulfilled when the original package is returned to Mystic Marigold Co. No refund or replacement will be issued If the original package is not returned
