NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

  • All Sales are Final
    • Once an order is placed and payment is accepted,it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
    • By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy.
  • Exceptions
    • Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if the product:
      • is defective or damaged upon arrival (proof required).
      • was shipped incorrectly (e.g., wrong product sent).
    • Customers must notify us within 24 Hours of delivery and provide proof for any claims.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • Customer responsibility
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
    • Mystic Marigold Co. is not liable for any delays, non-delivery, or loss of packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
    • If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the package.
    • Any orders will only be reshipped when the original package is returned to Mystic Marigold Co. No refund or replacement will be issued If the original package is not returned.
