Refund policy

At Mystic Marigold Co., we are committed to providing high quality products to our customers. Please review our policy below:

RETURNS

  • You can return eligible item(s) within 14 days of receiving an order for a store credit for unused items only.
    • A return label will be provided to you
    • A restocking fee of $10.99 will be charged and the remainder balance will be offered as a store credit
    • Store credit will be released only upon receiving the item in a satisfactory condition
  • Contact us at mysticmarigoldco@gmail.com to initiate the return process

REFUNDS 

  • Full refunds will only be considered if the product:
      • is defective or damaged upon arrival
      • was shipped incorrectly (e.g., wrong product sent)
  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving an order and provide proof for any claims of defect

Ineligible Items

  • Items non-eligible for returns or refunds:
      • any personalized items
      • gift cards
      • final sale items
      • items damaged through normal wear and tear
